Our organization is led by a Board of Directors and supported by alumni members who volunteer their time to assist VPD. Together, we foster positive relationships between law enforcement and the community through outreach and service. We are proud to support efforts that strengthen trust and collaboration in our community. 

Our organization was founded in 1994 by graduates of the CPA who wanted to continue supporting VPD. Over the years, we’ve grown into a dedicated group committed to fostering community engagement and trust in law enforcement. Through volunteer service and collaborative efforts, we’ve built a proud tradition of strengthening the bond between the police and the community. 

In partnership with the Victoria Police Department, to provide assistance, support, inspiration and foster community awareness.
